As we bid Jonathan Lee farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jonathan Lee is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Carly Denney. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Saunders (Cecil); his children, Jonathan Saunders (Haley), Isaac Kaden Saunders, Megan McGuire (Colton) and Kimberly Saunders (Diamond); his stepchild Chiara Stockton (Devan); and his siblings, Jim Saunders and Kari Saunders. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
