He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Neal and Ethel Neal; his wife Doris Neal; his sisters, Juanita Duncan, Janet Duvall and Ruth Davis; his daughter-in-law Gina Neal; his siblings-in-law, Kathy, Charlotte Neal, Clyde Chriswell and Gary Cecil; and his parents-in-law, Bud and Virginia Brunson.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Neal and Jenny Massengale (Jason); his grandchildren, Aaron Neal (Lyndsie), Tayler Neal (Ashley Woods), Samantha Hacker (Scott) and Ian Massengale (Masie); his great grandchildren, Kynzlie, Maddax Neal, Jayden, Kiana, Daven Bedell, Noah, Cohen, Mason Hacker and Eli Massengale; his brother Jack Neal; his siblings-in-law, Bob Duvall, Phil Davis, Donna Dismore and Gena Cecil; and his close friend Tina Laymance. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and, cousins.
