He was predeceased by: his father Paul Lee. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Henry; his wife Brandy Lee (Sidwell); his sons, Reuben and Nathan; his sidekick Cutie; his in-laws, Don, Patty Sidwell, Bob and Dolly Sherwood; his sisters-in-law, Rachel Penaflor (Javier), Courtney Stogsdill (Josh Shane) and Bobbi Sherwood; and his siblings, Amanda Noe (Aaron), Michael Lee (Peggy), Daniel Lee, Rena Abbott (Gordon) and Kimberly Lee. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the American Cancer Society, Hospice of Lake Cumberland, or The Wayne County Animal Control/Shelter.
