He is survived by: his parent Terry Lynn Phillips; his girlfriend Chelsea Allen; his children, Cody Allen Phillips, Heather Marie Phillips, Arianna "Nikki" Phillips and Keira Gail Phillips; his grandchildren, Breylin Norris, Abel Norris and Blaise Hamilton; and his siblings, Jeremy Phillips (Emerly), Joshua Phillips, Angel Branscum (Kellie) and Tricia Carter (Dean).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
