He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Lynn Rande of Flowery Branch, Georgia; his siblings, Jack McGinnis of Jeffersonville, Robert McGinnis of Somerset, Kentucky, Mary Guffey of Monticello, Ivory DiPiero of Youngstown and Kathy McGinnis of Clinton, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Jordan Rande and Cory Rande; his great grandchild Nevaeh Rande; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Whittemore.
