She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Dean and Zola Dean; her husband Roy; and her siblings, Dester Dean, Lester Dean, Roy Thomas Dean, Jr. and Ester Dean-McGuire.
She is survived by: her son David Gregory (Angela) of Monticello; her siblings, Johnny Allen Dean (Ida) of Monticello and Imogene Crabtree of Monticello; and her grandchildren, Ebany Deaton, Paige Poynter and Haylea Gregory. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
