It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Douglas Merrell of Monticello, Kentucky, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvis Merrell and Geraldine Sanchez Merrell; his wife Wilma Merrell; and his son Barry Merrell. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Merrell (Regina) of Monticello and Les Merrell of Woodhaven, MI; his siblings, Frederick Merrell (JoAnn) of Tampa, FL, Margaret Sutley of Tampa, FL and Marlene Sanford of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Jamie Merrell, Heather Smith, Lisa Merrell, Eric Merrell and Bonnie Merrell; and his great grandchild Roland Vaughn.
