He was predeceased by: his parents, John Quincey Adams Neely and Jane R. Morrow Neely; his daughter Ruth Dishman; his great grandchild Chase Devin Casada; and his siblings, Lowell, Marvin, Estill, Donald, Ray, Herbert, Doris, Abby, Josephine, Gladys and Brenda.
He is survived by: his wife Rosie Mae Neely; his children, Robert Neeley (Amanda) of Monticello, Wilma Casada (Dallas) of Monticello and Wanda Thomas (Jerry) of Monticello; his grandchildren, Nicole Casada, Dreama Casada, Colton Casada, Cody Casada, Brandon Godsey, Kyle Thomas, Seth Thomas, Robert Andrew Neeley, Felicia Neeley, Kailey Neeley and Noah Dishman; and his sisters, Betty Troxtle of Somerset and Della Mae Branscum (Newdeal) of Bronston. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
