He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lowe and Bass; and his siblings, Everette Lowe and Rose Neal. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Lowe; his daughters, Rita Mink, Carolyn Tucker and Mary Kathy Hicks; his grandchildren, Timothy, Derek Tucker, Troy Hicks, Kristy Ann Morrow, Eric, Cody and Casey Mink; his great grandchildren, Kayla, Brinlynn, KaRissa, Cortlynn, Mattix Tucker, Haley, Jayden, Emma Hicks, Ann-Marie Coffey, Bryce Morrow, Tyson, Azalyn, Damion, Adrien, Brandon and Rayden Mink; and his great great grandchildren, Kaiven Coffey and Coleson Rose.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel (647 N Main St, Monticello, KY 42633). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
