She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Buie and Pearl "Butler" Buie; her husband Dale Dobbins; her daughter Pauline Willoughby; her grandson Jason Dishman; and her sister Marcia Chesnut.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karla Dobbins and Karen Kay Dishman (Josh Ellis); her grandchildren, Sarah Dishman, Daniel Dishman and Kevin Dishman; her great grandchildren, Haley McCoy, Kala McCoy, Katie McCoy, Chandler Dishman, Kayden Dishman and Danielle Dishman; and her sisters, Kay Cope and Judy Dillon.
