She is survived by: her husband Sammie L. Smith; her children, John Calvin Smith (JC), Amanda Elizabeth Lindsey and Heather Lee Smith; her grandchildren, Jessica, Ashley, Erica, Brandon, Sara Lee, Starr, Jasmine and Katelyn; her great grandchildren, Emma Lindsey, Annaliese Lee, Abhileen, Kamila Quintana, Paisley, Hunter and Camden McCutchen; and her siblings, Donald "Butch" Herron, Johnny Wayne Smith and Susie Stinson.
