He is survived by: his wife Meisha Simmons; his son Steven Abel (Diane) of Adamsville; his siblings, Daniel Simmons (Kathleen Freaney) of Bakersfield, CA, Susie, Nancy and Becky; his grandchildren, Brett, Alexis, Nicholas, Glenn and Alyssa Abrom; and his close friends, Jimmy Thompson (Phyllis) and James Hanson (Lisa). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; special friends.
