He is survived by: his children, Timothy Allen Basham of Revelo, Stephanie Tucker of Marshes Siding and Lori Shepherd (Chris) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; his siblings, Orville Basham (Deloris) of Louisville, Larry Basham (Shirley) of Maytown, Pennsylvania and Barbara Slaven of Shelbyville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Aaron Tucker (Lisa) of Pioneer, Shelly Stewart (Chris) of Oneida, Emily Ridner (Josh) of Parker's Lake and Jonah Shepherd; and the mother of his children Alma Basham (Anderson). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and his first wife.
