She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlin Neal and Frances Phillips Neal; and her husbands, Bennie Harold McClellan, Darrell Matthews and James Neeley.
She is survived by: her sons, Ray McClellan of Monticello, Larry McClellan (Virginia) of Pall Mall and Randy L. McClellan (Keisha) of Marion; her siblings, Arlin Wayne Neal of Charlotte, Ron Neal (Carolyn) of Muncie, Randall Neal of Monticello, Sandy Morgan (Leon) of Monticello and Vicky Raines (Rick) of Greenfield; and her close friend Donna Baker. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
