She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Horn and Opal Hackney-Strunk; and her daughter Roberta Beaver-Magnum. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Simon, Kevin Beaver and Sondra Morgan; her grandchildren, Ariana, Robert, Quincy, Brandon, Chloe, Bailey, Caprice, Alyson, Jayden, Ja'Ron, Aniyah, Alaysia and Daeja; and her great grandchildren, Lakota and Octavia.
