It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Randolph Meadows (Monticello, Kentucky), who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Willie, Elizabeth Meadows, John and Maggie Miller; his sister Donna Meadows Brummett; his brothers-in-law, Delbert Brummett, Bill Rabe and Gayron Allen; and his nephew Christopher Meadows.
He is survived by: his friend Church; his siblings, John B. Meadows (Merry), Kathy Browning (Ron) and Charlotte Allen; his nieces and nephews, John Jr., Daniel Meadows, Jessica Meadows Rogers (Thurnia), Burt Brummett (Teresa), Tony Rhodes, Jennifer Rhodes Fallon (Richard), Ronni Lisa Browning Bunch (Seth) and Brad Browning (Diane); his aunt Joyce W. West; and his cousin Sheila Woods Stinson (Larry).
Due to COVID-19 and governor's state mandate, face coverings must be worn to enter building.
