She was predeceased by: her mothers, Ola Jackson and Thelma Boston (Lovell); her spouse Dr Lynn Buckley; her grandson Cody Birchell; and her siblings, Preston, Joe, Gilbert, Tom, Frank Boston, Joyce Abbott, Nell Coop and Julia Sims.

She is survived by: her children, Brian Birchell (Ronda), Brent Birchell (Delisa) and Marta Birchell Woosley (Jeffrey); and her siblings, Charles Boston (Phyllis), Dan Boston (Glenna), Carolyn Speer and Sue Bassett (Hank).

Forms of Sympathy can be donations to the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY.
