He is survived by: his wife Brenda Owens Dobbs; his children, Billy Dobbs (Carolyn), Michael Dobbs (Lisa), Jonathan Dobbs (Melissa) and Pam Bridgman (Rodney); his children-in-law, Lance Sasser and Carol Dobbs; his stepchildren, Timothy Owens, James Owens (Patty) and Teresa Reed (Tim); and his siblings, Jewell Bell, Anna Lee Rigney, Sue Foster and Cecil Dobbs.
