He is survived by: his spouse Almeda H. Havens Patrick; his children, Anthony "Tony" Patrick of Mize, Kentucky and Diana Patrick of Mize, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Patrick and Abigail Adams; his great grandchildren, Cameron Patrick, Carter Patrick, Barrett Patrick and Penelope Adams; his sisters, Deloris Sue Hackworth of Defiance and Tommi Jean Edwards of Westville, Illinois; and his close friends, Brent, Angela Davis, Noah, Jeremiah Davis, Mike Havens and Ginger Lykins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
