He is survived by: his children, Karter Miller, Bentley Miller and Aleeisa Miller; his siblings, Andy Miller (Robin), Brandon Miller (April), Chantel Baker (Brandyn), Christopher Baltovich (Nichole) and Jennifer Baltovich; his grandparents, Tom and Helen Hicks; and his close friends, Cody Ayers and Benjamin Avant. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
