He is survived by: his mother Ernestine Ratliff Manns of McDowell, KY; his wife Sharlette Akers; his stepson Brandon Akers of Lexington, KY; his stepgrandson Oliver Akers; his pet Chelsea; his sister Rebecca Hunter of Wayland, KY; his niece Chasity Hunter; and his nephews, Brian Manns Jr. and Tyler Manns of Benny Joshua.
