He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Neace and Martha Francis Neace; and his siblings, Sewell, Robert and Lissie.
He is survived by: his wife Minnie Lewis Neace; his children, Opal Pennington (Randy), Garrett Neace (Cindy) and Joey Neace (Mandi); his siblings, Danny Neace and Nancy Neace; his grandchildren, Chris Lewis, Kayla Whitt, Jonathan Knight, Aaron Knight, Noah Neace and Jace Neace; his great grandchildren, Ian of Abby, BK, Tober, Ivy, Jade and Kainan; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Lowe and Jesse Lewis.
