He is survived by: his children, Shannon Chaffins (Angie) of Willard, Ohio and Deeann Montoya of Wyoming; and his siblings, Merle Chaffins of New London, Roger Chaffins of Plymouth, Jimmy Chaffins of Plymouth, Ohio, Loretta Tackett of Minnie and Aretta Stumbo of Minnie. He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
