She is survived by: her son George "Joby" Blackburn of Minnie, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Natalie Rayne Amburgey, Joshie and Addie; her brothers-in-law, Bruce Shelton and Leroy Hamilton; her sister Bertha Williamson; and her close friends, Taz, Andrew, Deloris and Lisa.
