He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hopkins and June Stumbo Hopkins of Hi Hat, KY.; his sons, Barry Christopher and Justin Brent Hopkins; and his sister-in-law Deborah Hopkins.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Lynn Allen Hopkins; his siblings, Gregory Hopkins of McDowell, KY and Debbie Ann Tackett (Morris) of Hi Hat, KY; and his grandchildren, Christian Damon Hopkins, Gavin Hopkins, Grace Haven Hopkins, Easton Dale Compton, Grayson Williamson and Kayzen Hopkins.
