He is survived by: his mother Brooksie Moore Gearheart of Minnie, KY; his wife Brenda Kay; his sons, Austin Blaine Moore (Stephanie) of Salyersville, KY and Andrew Tyler Moore; his siblings, Keith Gearheart (Tammy) of Minnie, KY, Robert Patton, Russell Patton, Cindy Hunt (John) of Prestonsburg, KY and Ronda Combs; his granddaughter Lillian Pearl Moore; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Dakota, Tara, Matilda and Elijah.
