He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Dora Williams (Huff); his siblings, Frances Banks, Easter Roux, Blanche Kwasiborski, Ada Davis, Kermit Williams and James Philbeck; his granddaughter Amanda Williams; and his great grandchildren, Emburlee Williams and Levi Pfister.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma E. Kidwell; his son Rodney; his daughter-in-law Wendy of Bedford, Kentucky; his daughters, Rhonda Williams of Bedford and Regina Vest (Terry) of Milton; and his siblings, Stanley Williams (Christine) of Bolingbrook, Trena Williams of La Crosse and Kelly Feltner of Hazard, Kentucky. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and twenty-three great grandchildren.
