She is survived by: her husband Forrest "Keith" Burkhardt of Milton, Kentucky; her daughter Lea Michelle Albert of Madison, Indiana; her stepsons, Michael Leon Albert, Jr. (Elizabeth Ann) of Seymour and Mickey Lee Albert (Leana) of Hanover, Indiana; her siblings, Teresa Ann Vest of Milton, Velvet Durbin (Tony) of Sellersburg, Indiana, Timothy Vest (Dee) of Madison, Wendell Vest (Nina LaPine) of Madison, Woody Vest of Milton and Rocky Vest (Angela) of Madison, Indiana; her mother-in-law Betty Burkhardt of Milton, Kentucky; and her siblings-in-law, Stacy Burkhardt (Melissa) of Milton, Kentucky, Cathy Pratt (Mark) of Oak Ridge, Tennessee and Theresa Edwards of Madison, Indiana. She is also survived by two step-grandchildren and several step-great-grandchildren.
