He is survived by: his children, Jacob Cooley (Jessica) and Savannah Bree McAllister (Zach); his sister Dawn Bayer Scroggins; and his niece Sierra Brooke Craigmyle (Tyler). He is also survived by niece and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Campbellsburg Community Center (8191 Main St, Campbellsburg, KY 40011).
