She was predeceased by: her parent Claude Basham; and her husband Elroy Fulkerson, Sr.. She is survived by: her parent Girtie Philpot Basham; her sons, Shelby Fulkerson (Brittany) of Millwood and Elroy Fulkerson, Jr. of Millwood; her stepchildren, Shannon Fulkerson and Chris Fulkerson; her siblings, Joyce Richey of Leitchfield, Mary Joyce Reed of Louisville, David Basham of Leitchfield, Claude Basham of Leitchfield and Tex Basham of Leitchfield; and her significant other Jamie Whitaker. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
