She is survived by: her husband Leroy Fulkerson; her son Jeremy Fulkerson (Kelley) of Millwood, KY; her stepchildren, Lee Fulkerson (Sheila) of Leitchfield, KY and Tonya Hall of Leitchfield, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Collard, Alex Fulkerson, Stacie Hall, Samuel Fulkerson, Preston Fulkerson and Oliver Fulkerson; her great grandchildren, Hurley Saltsman, Kolbie Saltsman, Dexter Collard and Hunter Hall; and her siblings, Anthony Fulkerson of Clarkson, KY, Charles Fulkerson of Clarkson, KY and Carolyn Willis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
