He is survived by: his children, Leroy "Lee" Fulkerson, Jr. (Sheila), Jeremy Fulkerson and Tonya Hall; his grandchildren, Ashley Collard (Eric), Alexandria Hayes (Casey), Stacie Hall, Samuel, Preston and Oliver Fulkerson; his great grandchildren, Hurley Saltsman, Dexter Collard and Hunter Hall; and his siblings, Louisine Nelson (Howard), Cuba Fulkerson (Charles), Gladys Fulkerson (Riley), Brenda Nelson, Loomis Fulkerson (Juanita) and Dudley Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
