He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy A. Goff and Beulah Carter Goff; and his wife JoNell Acton Goff. He is survived by: his children, Glenda Goff and Carl Goff (Brenda); his granddaughter Carla Jo Goff Glutting (Adam); his great grandchildren, Jackson and Carlee Mae Glutting; his brother Judge Kenneth H. Goff (Florene); and his close friend Shannon Harp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the St. Paul School, where his great-grandchildren attend.
