She is survived by: her daughter Laura "Jeannie" Jacobs of Louisville; her stepchildren, Mark, Angela and Kim Kappel; her grandchildren, LaTosha Jacobs, Whittney Jacobs and Lindsey Jacobs; her great grandchildren, Noah, Zainab, Jannah, Hassan, Dalton, Dallas, Elizabeth, Olivia and Sophia; her siblings, Jimmy Burden of Millwood and Beatrice Duke of Hardinsburg; and her nieces and nephews, Connie Oakes (Joe) and Kelsie Poteet (Jacob).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dermitt Funeral Home (306 W Main St, Leitchfield, KY 42754). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
