He was predeceased by: his father Elbert Ray Whitaker. He is survived by: his mother Anita Green Whitaker of Bean Station, Tennessee.; his daughters, Danielle Gateley (Jeff) of Walkertown, Cassie Stamper (Tom) of Georgetown and Haley Johnson (Logan) of Jenkins, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Paisley, Ezra, Elijah, Colt, Gracie, Lane, Lincoln and Lawson.
