She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Lee Willoughby; her father Robert Wayne Stinnett; and her stepson Chad Willoughby. She is survived by: her mother Cathy Lee Smith Stinnett; her sons, Eli Puckett (Kelly) and Jeremiah Stinnett (Leana); her stepchildren, Angela Sargent (Barry) and Gary Willoughby, Jr. (Brook); her grandchildren, Hunter Puckett, Gunnar Puckett and Miah Grace Stinnett; her stepgrandchildren, Beth Sargent, Lindsey Sargent, Katelynn Willoughby and Leah Willoughby; her brother David Stinnett (Brenda); her nephews, Joshua, Jacob Stinnett and James Stinnett (Joy); her great-nieces, Autumn and Brittany; her great-nephew Brandon Stinnett; and her pet Tuffy. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
