She is survived by: her children, Greg Adkins (Linda) and Sherry Sanders (Alan); her grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Megan Adkins and Kyle Justice; her great grandchild Hayes Smith; her nephew Chad Mullins; and her siblings, Redgal Tackett and Ruby Hipke.
