She was predeceased by: her parents, Finley Askin and Blanche Kabler Askin; her husband Robert Wayne Fields; and her son Steven Wayne Fields. She is survived by: her children, Sherry Fields Acuff (Hans) of Paris, KY and Gregory Fields of Mt. Olivet, KY; her daughter-in-law Dianne Boone Fields of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Krystin Fields of Myrtle Beach, SC, Robbie Fields (Chelsea) of Neave, KY, Lauren Fields Daily (Joey) of Charlotte, NC, Rylie Fields of Myrtle Beach, SC, Jhan Acuff (Anne) of Lexington, KY and Dr. Alisha Acuff Dail (Tyler) of Asheville, NC; her great grandchildren, Lydia Lavon Fields, Alayna Kaye Fields, Robert Chandler Fields and Rhys Bernard Acuff; and her sister Linda Wagel (Billy) of Brooksville, KY. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
