He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Crooks and Dorothy Crooks; and his brother Rodney Crooks. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Crooks McAnlis (Adam) of New Galilee, Pennsylvania; his siblings, Cherri McChristian (Joe) of Milburn and Sammy Crooks of Milburn; his grandsons, Waylon McAnlis and Walker McAnlis; and his nieces and nephews, Dustin Crider, Amanda Crider, Ethan Crooks and Meagan Arnold.
