He is survived by: his wife Pat Green of Milburn; his children, Chris Green (Tamera) of Paducah and Andi Deaton (Keith) of Zionsville, IN; his grandchildren, Abby, Olivia, Drew Deaton, Conrad, Luke and Isaac Green; his sister Bobbi Courtney of Kevil; and his sister-in-law Lisa Green of Kingsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
