With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janelle Spraggs of Milburn, Kentucky, who passed away on August 2, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gordon Vinyard; and her sisters, Louise Cincala and Barbara Breeding. She is survived by: her son Robert Dale Spraggs (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Amanda Spraggs and David Spraggs (Samantha); and her siblings, Velma Allen, Judi Crider (Hubert), Ruth Rahm (Jim) and Charles Vinyard (Carol). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
