It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William A. Carter (Midway, Kentucky), born in Sturgis, Kentucky, who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Carter and Leota Carter; and his daughter Karen Lynn. He is survived by: his wife Anna Lou; his children, Tracy Morford (Tom) and Monty; and his grandchildren, Logan Morford (Kristin), Casey Carter (Jayma), Sarah Carter, Nolynn, Gentry, Auburn, Guinevere and Linden.
