He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer James and Idell Anna Logsdon Bruner; and his sisters, Virginia Embry and Irene Naomi Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Joann Vessels Bruner; his children, Teri Dugan (David), Diane Burnett (David), Jim Bruner (Yo), BeeDee Whelan, Joey Bruner (Leigh Ann), Steven Bruner and Theo Bruner; and his siblings, Shirley Covington, Margie Lamkin and Bennie Bruner. He is also survived by Grandchildren and (20) Great-grandchildren.
