She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wayne Adkins of Midway and Kathie Ann Wyatt (Bruce) of Versailles; her grandsons, Anthony Adkins, Jr. and Jason Lamb; her great grandchildren, Maelie Lamb, Huxton Lamb and Bradley Adkins; and her siblings, Charles Stamm, Jr. (Brenda) of Clearfield, Aileen Reynolds of Morehead and Phyllis Riddle of Morehead.
