She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Ancel Frazier and Emma Joy Huckaby Frazier; her husband Grady Moore Sr.; and her siblings, Lawrence Lynn Frazier, Jay Ancel Frazier, Jr., Wendell Frazier and Mary Jo Frazier Hutson.
She is survived by: her son Grady Moore Jr.; her grandchildren, Stacey Moore Rumfelt and Grady "Tripp" Moore III; and her siblings, George Frazier, Bruce Frazier, Wayne Frazier and Sharon Frazier Martin.
