He is survived by: his mother Margaret Lee Cox Coubert of Midway; his wife Julie Carol Cox Coubert; his daughters, Margaret Ann Coubert of Scott County and Hope Cox of Lawrenceburg; his stepsons, Matthew Lewis of Lawrenceburg and Christopher Cox-Maddox (Bethany) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Alexi Lewis, James Lopez, Isaiah Lopez, John Maddox, Josie Maddox, Lucas Kelly, Nehemiah Brandon and Ryan Moore; his great grandchild Evelynn Lewis; and his brother Bobby Wayne "Shorty" Coubert of Midway.
