He is survived by: his wife Karen Cottingham; his children, Susan Cottingham (Daniel Davis) and Scot Cottingham (Lauren); his granddaughters, Caitlin Cottingham, Emery Cottingham, Autumn Davis and Anna Cottingham; and his nieces and nephews, David Gears of Evansville, IN, Misty Gears, Avon and Helen Ann Pribble.
