He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Ellen Coffin. He is survived by: his spouse LaVerne Green; his daughter Pam Craig (Deen) of Midway; and his grandchildren, Matthew Craig, Paige Craig, John Goldey, Andrew Goldey and Jessica Huff.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorial Donations be made to Woodford County Senior Citizens.
