She was predeceased by: her spouse Woolery Haynes; and her parents, John Keen and Nannie Couch Keen. She is survived by: her children, Nancy H. Taul (Ben) of McQuady, Trish Appel (Max) of Versailles, Lea Ann Haynes of Midway and William J. Haynes (Debra) of Lawrenceburg; and her grandchildren, Jason, Josh, Zach, Griffin Appel, Kristen Bisher, Beth, Melissa Taul and Jessi Harper. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
