He is survived by: his wife Nola Southworth; his children, Kathryn Southworth Borgel (David), Bradley James Southworth (Christina), Katherine Louise Christopher (Rick) and Garrett Wesley Metts; his grandchildren, Laura Barker Johnson (Chris), Kaylan Borgel Ball (Cam), William Owen Southworth and Annabelle Louise Southworth; his great grandchildren, Kaden Johnson, Aaron Johnson and Cooper Wayne Ball; and his sisters, Brenda Rodgers (Chuck), Beverly Casteel (Danny) and Darlene Hopkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church Building Fund and Bluegrass Hospice Care Navigators.
